- A Stingy & Poorly Managed Hotel Locking All Premium Rooms to Avoid Guests Using Vouchers to Upgrade (Cash Upgrade is Never Unavailable!)
- ~20% of Rooms were Empty / Unoccupied
- Slow English Check-in & Check-out at Lobby with Unwelcoming Front Desk Staff
- Active Concierge with Smooth Enquiries
- Slow & Unreliable In-Resort Buggy Services (15 mins+ Long Waiting Time Every Time!)
- Not a Quiet & Peaceful Environment for Family Vacations
- Non-guests & Local "Scammers" can Access the Resort Area & Beach (Security Concern!)
